oww!
as i walked out of the bathroom just now, i saw something that i did not notice when i got home. my father's yin long yu (silver dragon fish) is dead. and its dead in a very very awkward position man! tho its in water, i still think its a real mean feat to balance on your head and die at the same time. maybe sometime in its last life it belonged to cirque de soleil. so my dad took out the fish and started giving it a post mortem check by looking into its gills, mouth, pressing its belly and in the process squirting out some shit out of its system. i think very soon my dad can quit his job and set up an aquarium already..muahaha!
anyways, was supposed to play badminton after church today at tanjong pagar but apparently, no one booked the court so we searched all over the west side for available badminton courts in CCs. and as you can predict, we failed terribly. so ming, fanjun and me ended up in the gym room at ming's condo! (yuk: muahaha! i don't even need to wait till thursday! :p) burned over 200 calories today and tho its not alot, its a big achievement for me considering that i'm a very very unhealthy person
*grins* so right now i'm feeling extremely happy with myself! ^_^
after spending almost half the day around the company of guowei, i can tell you can i'm an extremely traumatic and stressed out person now. experiencing his full blast nonsense in the confine space of a car is really not a very good feeling man..really admire minwei for his patience with his brother. must learn more from him man..tho i think by the time i attain minwei's level, i will be old and grey already. God give me more patience and love.
right now i'm looking forward to my physiotherapy session at NUH tmr!! cos it means i only have to work for half the day!
*extremely pleased* hopefully something good will come out from the physio cos the pain is getting quite hard to bear. =/
i promise if my neck recovers, i will exercise more often. scouts honour.
Useless fact of the day: Left-handed people are better at sports that require good spatial judgment and fast reaction, compared to right-handed individuals.
HAH! i'm a left handed person!
