today's work consists of re-arranging the computers, binding together the cables, hammering the cable covers, buying office supplies, hammering my own hand and hitting my head against the pc monitor. but thankfully! i went off for my physio after lunch :) the physiotherapist just asked me alot of questions regarding my neck ache and most of my answers are "yeah it hurts. yes all the time. ya it hurts there too. ya all the time. yes i have headache now. no i don't have asthma."
yep so after answering all the questions, she made me lie down on the bed and started pressing and massaging my neck. at ALL the painful parts! and i thought it would be relaxing man. then she went on by tilting my head in every other direction and asking me "does it hurt?" and i just kept replying "yes it hurts a little.." when she turned my head towards the right and "OWW OWW! yes that hurts!" when she turned it to the left. after alot of painful pressing, massaging and MORE painful twisting of necks, she put me on a traction.
a traction is basically this machine where you lie down, strap your head onto and in the process clamping your neck in a stationary position. then the machine will start pulling your head slowly away from your body but not hard enough to dislocate anything. i wasn't that worried when the therapist did all the clamping and strapping until the she gave me this emergency stopper and a bell just in CASE i felt uncomfortable. fortunately i did not feel uncomfortable with the process of elongating my neck and i actually dozed off for a while. ah well! its quite an experience and i will be going back there next monday again!
oh oh! when i was coming home, i saw a cute guy! and he lives on the 14th floor! in my block! how could i not notice him after so long?! ahhh..i think i will never see him again unless i start stalking the 14th floor..=( or maybe he's already married tho he didn't look that old. ahh....14th floor guy...
Useless fact of the day: The most common name in the world is Mohammed.
